HOW WE RUN IT

How We Keep Holdem Poker Pro Straight

Poker only works when everyone can check the same rules, so we print the parts that matter on the table itself instead of burying them on a page you'll never open. Blinds, betting order, side-pot handling and the studio behind each live seat all sit on the table card. If a number isn't exposed by the studio, we leave it blank rather than filling it in ourselves — and the same verification that guards your wallet guards your chip stack.

Rules On The Table Card

Blinds, betting order and side-pot handling are printed on every Holdem Poker Pro table card before you sit. Nothing shifts mid-session, and you can check a contested call against the same page.

The Dealing Studio Is Named

Live seats are dealt in a studio room, and the table card names the studio running it. We don't attach a studio name to a table it doesn't supply, so you know whose dealer you're watching.

Only Numbers We Can Show

Poker here is player against player, so no RTP percentage is printed on a Hold'em table. Where a studio exposes a figure for a live table, it appears exactly as supplied, untouched.

Withdrawal Checks And Chip Safety

Cashing out runs the same name-and-wallet verification as the rest of your account before funds move. That check is what stops someone else's login from emptying a balance you built at the felt.

TABLE HELP DESK

Help While You're Seated

Poker questions usually need an answer while the hand is still live, so our help desk sits inside the table rather than behind a general inbox. Open the panel from your seat, say whether it's a seat, wallet or rule matter, and the message carries your table and hand number automatically. Support replies in English and works Bangladesh wallet cases every day, with a bKash, Nagad or Rocket transaction ID being the quickest route to a fix.

In-Table Chat Support Open the help panel from your seat and a support agent picks it up while your table stays open behind it. Quote the hand number for anything about a pot, a raise or a showdown.
Buy-In And Wallet Match If a buy-in sent from bKash, Nagad or Rocket hasn't landed on your table balance, message the wallet transaction ID. We trace it against your account wallet and correct the seat amount.
Floor Calls On Disputed Hands A disagreement over a mucked hand or a split pot goes to the floor with the table log attached. Every Holdem Poker Pro table records the cards dealt, so we check the sequence before answering.
555xxx What You Get At A Holdem Poker Pro Table

What You Get At A Holdem Poker Pro Table

We deal Holdem Poker Pro as straight no-limit Texas Hold'em, nothing dressed up. Every table card states the small blind, the big blind and the buy-in range before you sit, so you know what a seat costs. Two hole cards, then the flop, turn and river — and when a short stack moves all-in, we build the side pot properly instead of

pushing the whole pile to one winner. Hand rankings sit on the table edge if you need them. Because Hold'em is player against player, no RTP figure applies; where a live studio does expose one for a table, it appears on the table card and nowhere else.

  • Small blind and big blind posted on the card
  • Side pots built from the shortest stack
  • Hand rankings shown at the table
  • Buy-in range visible before you sit

Terms You'll Hear At Our Tables

Hold'em comes with its own vocabulary, and most of the confusion at the felt is about three or four words rather than the cards. These are the ones that come up in our tables every session, explained the way a dealer would between hands. Read them once and the table chat starts making sense.

What does the big blind mean in Holdem Poker Pro?

The forced bet the player two seats left of the button posts before cards are dealt. It sets the minimum raise at the table and moves one seat each hand.

What are hole cards?

The two cards dealt face down to you at the start of a Holdem Poker Pro hand. Only you and the dealer see them until you choose to reveal at showdown.

What is the flop?

Three community cards dealt face up after the first betting round. Everyone still in the hand can use them, and your five-card hand can mix hole cards with the board.

What is a side pot?

A separate pot built from bets by players who had more chips than the shortest all-in stack. The short stack can only win the main pot it actually covered.

What is a showdown?

The final reveal after the last betting round, when the players left turn over their hole cards and the dealer reads the winning five-card hand. Tied hands split the pot.

What does buy-in mean at a poker table?

The amount you bring to a Holdem Poker Pro seat, taken from your account wallet. It becomes your chip stack for that session and stays separate from your main balance.

Questions About Holdem Poker Pro

New seats ask the same handful of things before their first orbit, and the answers rarely change. Here is what you write to us about most: getting in from a phone, how the buy-in reaches the table, what happens when a short stack pushes all-in, and whether the game is dealt against the house or against the people sitting beside you.

Yes, on mobile data through your browser — the table scales to your screen and the betting buttons move with it. Nothing to install, and access depends on your local law and eligible regions.

Open the poker lobby, pick a table by blind size, then confirm the buy-in from your account wallet. Your chips land on the table and you're dealt in on the next hand.

Other players. Your winnings come from opponents' chips rather than from the house, which is why no RTP percentage is shown on these tables.

You stay in the hand, but only for the amount you covered. The dealer splits the rest into a side pot that plays out between the bigger stacks, so you can't win chips you never matched.

bKash, Nagad and Rocket all work from your account wallet, and the buy-in shows on the table as chips. Add the funds first so you aren't holding a seat while a transfer clears.

Slots, crash titles and live tables from the studios we carry, plus a cricket-led sportsbook covering BPL and international matches. Poker keeps its own tab, so your table isn't mixed in with the rest.
